2019 ECEDHA Makerspace Session Moderator

Abstract

At its core, engineering focuses on discovery and the application of knowledge to solve real world problems. Increasingly, these challenges cut across many disciplines in and outside of engineering. This session will highlight methods to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration as well as how to welcome and engage students in engineering Makerspaces. In true Makerspace tradition, we welcome your participation! Participants are welcome (but not required) to present 2 minute, 2-slide talks about topics they would like to share. We will then break out into groups to discuss topics raised during the 2 minute talks.
